Watch Your Mouth

As I was tuning into AM Radio 780 WWOL in Forest City, NC I got to hear yet another broadcast featuring old time camp meetings with preachers that have gone on to be with the LORD. There were referenced in this particular meeting, I'm sorry not to have remembered the preachers name, but, the message I was intently listening to became quite clear really fast. There was a young girl that had sang a song (usually came to my remembrance in the form of a bluegrass tune) in the meeting that has the lyrics, GOD build me a cabin in the corner of Gloryland. The preacher publicly critized her and went on to sing a song that had lyrics, I have found the way (referring to getting saved). After the meeting the young girl approached the preacher and said, I will not embarass you like you did me a while ago, but, I have not found the way, The way found me!!! How many times do I spout off and never know how my unkind words affect someone. I also heard a preacher on this same radio station, make mention that he had worked with an unsaved person for many years in the work place. They had been talking about realationships and the preacher made a rude comment about the unsaved persons wife. He said by the end of the day, the Holy Spirit grab a hold of the preacher and he went unto the unsaved man and apologized. He had said that the unsaved man didn't even think twice about what had been said, but, the preacher told him that he was sorry that as a Christian, I should not have said such a rude thing. The preacher further said, isn't this something, that I, being a saved man, Child of GOD, that I would say such a thing and have to apologize to an unsaved man for the way I talked. He was critized by other Christians as they said, he was an unsaved man, you didn't have to apologize..He looked at them and said..HogWash!!!!! When the Holy Spirit grabs your soul, convicts you, you would apologize to a milk cow!!! All I can say to Christians...Watch Your Mouth!!

My wife and I traveled last year to the Gorgeous Island of Jamaica. We went to Oho Rios last year. Last night I saw a news clip concerning unrest, murder and turmoil in Jamaica. As I further looked into this story I see all this is happening in the capital city of Kingston, Jamaica. There is a portion of this news story that brings to the forefront of my thinking today how alive and how well the devil and his devices are fooling people around the world into believing a lie, using drug dealing thugs, seemingly doing good within the poor communities, and even willing to protect evil in as much as giving their lives for sin. Christopher "Dudus" Coke is known for a heroic reputation in the slums of Kingston. He has been referred to as Robin Hood and they go as far as to refer to him as JESUS. He has helped build medical centers, send children to school and hand out food in the area. Good works, Good Deeds..Doing good and even great things in the name of sin. Taking advantage of impoverished people that sin has left with out hope. Kingston, Jamaica and Asheville, NC are both suffering from the same devil, the same sin that is manifesting within two very gorgeous cities, in two very gorgeous parts of the world. As the devil and his devices continue to send people every second to a devils hell, we as Christians, rest, relax and seemingly not worry about much of anything. We are standing by and watching our cities, and our country, turn its back on GOD and just saying.." Oh my, how sad!" This is CRAP Folks!! Oh GOD I pray that Truth will stir my soul that I may not rest until I share JESUS CHRIST Crucified, Resurrected and Glorified at the right hand of GOD the FATHER in Heaven right now and soon..I say SOON..Coming Again..I thought today that what a glorious time when CHRIST comes back..and all of a sudden I thought..It will be a Glorious, Happy Day for me and words can't describe and my thoughts will not allow me to comprehend such a day, such a eternity of Peace and Perfection..but it will be a very sad day for folks as well. It will be the beginning of the tribulation period. It will be a time that the wicked one, the devil will have full reign over this old world. It will be a period that the beast will further pervert the Truth. Forever remember that All that GOD stands for (Truth) the old devil is against and provides a substitute (Lies). My GOD leads to Heaven (Perfection, Eternal Bliss), the old devil leads to Hell ( Eternal Damnation). Oh how can we sit back and just simply wait for GOD to get us out of here to our Heavenly home while millions need to hear GOD and HIS Truth proclaimed!!

For Sale

I was driving through Maggie Valley, NC today and I saw several For Sale signs in yards as well as in store front windows. In my line of work I see financial hardships almost every day or at least the results thereof. We often blame the government for such finacial distresses. We often set our sights on various organizations to share in a portion of the blame. Seems to me that we as human beings, cannot accept blame very well. We hate rejection and being told we are wrong. We hate to have others tell us what to do. We are creatures of habit. I have also mentioned that we cannot accept change very well either. I am not saying that the President Obama Change is the correct answer either. We see right wing, left wing, middle wing, no wing groups trying to step up and say..My way is the right way. We have churches that comprimise GOD'S HOLY WORD in order to satisfy their sinful nature and pleasures, all without offending any one. Do you think for one second that JESUS CHRIST, as HE preached and taught on the Authority of GOD'S WORD really cared if he offended anyone? I am not saying this to try to be ugly, just listen to me for a moment. When you preach and teach on the Authority of GOD'S WORD and tell others thus saith the LORD, you aint gotta worry for a second, because, the words which you proclaim are of GOD. Make No Excuses. Make No Comprimise. Speak Hard and Speak Often on the Truth of GOD. What will it take in your life sir, maam, to put a for sale sign on your heart and quit on JESUS. Some decide to sell out for more or even less, either way you will loose. Even worse folks your quitting on GOD may just cost someone that is secretly watching you to loose their life. What profit it a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul? It is very hard for me to focus on anything but GOD. GOD is the answer but what will it cost me as a Christian, to stand firmly and proclaim the Perfect Truth of GOD? Will it eventually cost me as a Christian my life to take a stand for CHRIST? What about the phrase that is being proclaimed around the world, No More Christians! It's past time I get serious about serving GOD! Either serve my GOD with a Pure Heart, Clear Consceince and with a Spirit of Holiness or go ahead and get ready, because the For Sale sign will soon be going up in your heart, in your life. The devil is already been defeated by My JESUS. My sins have been Forgiven. I am on my way to Heaven. There is nothing or nobody can pluck me for My GOD'S Almighty Hand. Death Can't. Torture Can't, Cancer Can't...I am GOD'S Child..FOREVER!!! Don't sell out folks! Please don't!

House of GOD

What a marvelous day at the House of GOD. I am so blessed to live in Asheville, NC. I am challenged today by Brother Mark Logan and Brother David Soesbee. I got to attend two separate services, two separate churches, two separate preachers, sharing the Truth from GOD'S Word! We take for granted how blessed we are. As sin has been allowed to enter churches across America, I am thankful for these two men, right here in Asheville that stands firm with no compromise. I also know that these men travel across America and into regions of the world that does not have the freedom to worship as we do here. Places where if you publicly denounce the faith of their home countries (example, Muslim, Hindu, Catholic) and proclaim CHRIST, they put their lives in jeopardy as well as there families. There are also countries that do not allow work opportunities except you worship their gods. It has already been reported that groups are seeking to destroy Christians. As we look around Asheville, NC you see sin ruining the lives and souls of many. If we think for one second that we have seen sin at its worse, we are deceiving our self. Sin is deceiving, the Devil is deceiving, the Beast will deceive and change the laws of GOD. Sin has already perverted Marriages. Sin has already perverted the morals of our community. Sin has closed down churches. Sin has stopped Christians. Sin has caused Preachers to quit. Sin has caused compromise to the Truth of GOD'S Word. But, I am reminded that my GOD is still in charge. GOD is Alive and Well. JESUS died for sin and I am victorious in HIM.

This whole study I did tonight was brought to my mind by a bumper sticker that I saw on a car as I was driving down Patton Avenue here in Asheville, NC. It was the quote I started this blog off with. I am deeply troubled with the sin that has come to Asheville, NC. I am troubled that Asheville is becoming a safe haven for sin. Sin is exactly what separates us from GOD. Sin is boldly ruling the hearts, minds and souls of America. You ask what is happening to our children, marriages, churches, preachers, Christians? I tell you Sin! Sin! Sin! Christians walk around like the world owes us something. We cry and whine about our inability to be accepted by society. We walk around with defeat all over our being. We walk up and down the street judging others because they don't look, act like us. We walk around with hate and deceit as our tools. We slash and dash to pieces the down trodden. We spend our entire being creating our empire. What have I done today that is CHRIST Like? Have I spent any time today examining my life as pleasing unto my GOD? How many more times will I walk past someone in my daily life and not share GOD? How many more excuses will I make for not giving my All to My GOD? If you don't believe the Word of GOD that tells us up front that Life is but a Vapour, take a visit to your local EMS station, Hospital, Nursing Facility..Ask some questions, listen, observe. Then I ask you this same question..How many people either newborn, young, middle aged, older, elderly alike has went into eternity today? Now multiply these by the numbers in America, Overseas..Now that you understand...What are we going to do? We can only obey GOD and GO UNTO ALL THE WORLD AND PREACH THE GOSPEL TO EVERY CREATURE!!! Christians...I said CHRISTIANS..Lets get on fire and GO! Tell everyone you come in contact with about our HOLY GOD. Tell them simply, how GOD has changed your life. Become what GOD demands us to be..HOLY, of GODLY Character, in one accord with GOD, pleasing unto GOD, praising GOD, studying the Word of GOD to find our self acceptable unto GOD, Love in our heart, Hate far from us, and Not judging others, Not assaulting others while they are down trodden. Is that bumper sticker about you and me? If people do not see CHRIST in us, then I agree..It's about me!! GOD 24/7/365 folks..We have to live 24/7/365 as unto GOD. GOD gives us 24/7/365..HE has no time table. HE is HOLY and through JESUS CHRIST we are to give our very life to the cause of CHRIST. I Pray for GOD to change my Life into a Trophy of Grace, that I may shine brighter than the brightest star, and to have the Power of GOD on my life, not for wealth nor fame, but, that a dying world will see my Risen LORD! I have the same Power available to me that raised my JESUS from the grave! Let me start testifying CHRIST all the days of my life!!!

Pray

Folks I ask you to pray for my Dad. He is in Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. He is battling several illnesses and as he gets more afflicted he senses his inability to be in control of his own body. He was an active, strong man just a couple years ago. He went and did as he pleased. Over the past couple years his health has deteriorated and he has been in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. Dad is 82 years old and as I look at him I see me. I see that if GOD tarries, I will have to travel down a similar path physically that my Dad is traveling down even as I type this here. Our old physical body gets worn down and diseased. I can honestly tell you all reading this today, It is going to happen to us all. If we are not taken suddenly as in a fire, wreck, disaster, etc..We at that will have suffering of some sorts and only GOD knows what that may be, but, back to my point, we will not make out of this old physical body in tact and functioning as well as it has in the past. The old saying goes on and still rings true that we are not gonna leave this world alive. This is if JESUS don't have Gabriel blow that Golden Trumpet of GOD calling HIS Children Home to Heaven that is..Then I'll be outta here!!! This physical body will let us all down. I spoke with a fella just yesterday and I said that at one time in my Dad's life that Dad seemed in control and had the world by the tail. He was a picture of health and walked and played bluegrass music all over these mountains. But it has came his time, in his life, that his old body is letting him down. I told him today, that we all are gonna face, just exactly the types of issues with health that he is experiencing in his body now. It will come a time, if JESUS tarries HIS Coming, that the only hope for physical, emotional, spiritual Peace is in GOD!! I didn't say that GOD will allow the cancers, diabetes, strokes, heart attacks, etc to pass us by..I said that the Peace of a HOLY GOD will be ever with us as long as we accept HIS Only SON JESUS and HIS Free Pardon of Sin. Sin is what causes these ailments and diseases in the first place. Because of my sins, your sins, Adam's sin, Eve's sin..In the beginning the moment sin entered a perfect paradise, sin came on the scene and now we have a big old dose of sin that is in the entire World. But let me tell you a Big Secret..I have a BIG GOD, Bigger than My Sin, Your Sin, The Entire World's sin..Just admit you are a sinner and believe in JESUS CHRIST who gave HIS own life and blood was shed, a HOLY BLOOD, and My JESUS rose again the third day from the borrowed tomb that EVERYBODY can be Saved!!!!! My GOD, My JESUS, Your Choice???

I want to thank GOD for my church, Trinity Baptist Church, Asheville, NC. I want to thank GOD for my pastor, Dr. Ralph Sexton, Jr. I want to thank GOD for my church family and I want to thank GOD for my wife, freinds and family. I want to thank GOD for my health, stength, peace of mind. I know and know of a whole bunch of people that has a whole bunch of problems, while I am enjoying the blessing of health, life and all GOD blesses me with every single day which is Everything. I would have certainly committed suicide by now if it wasn't for GOD'S Grace, Mercy and my Faith in a HOLY SAVIOR!! It is pretty evident that as the world looks at life's outlook, there is absolutly nothing to look forward to, this world is going to get worse, people will continue to believe in the treasures of this world and as their treasures go away, then they have nothing. People will dive deeper and deeper into the lusts of the flesh until they cannot be satisfied by normal means and turn to more and more abnormal means of sinful pleasures. Just wait folks until GOD allows the anti-christ to come on the scene in this world. All that GOD is for the devil is against. All that GOD is, so shall the anti-christ have a counterfeit. Oh what wicked days are to come here on earth. I will tell you that My GOD has provided an escape from all this wickedness. My GOD is ever present in this day and the days to come. My GOD is the only way out of heartache, distress, sin, cancer, mental illness, wicked and imoral thoughts and actions, murder, stealing, idolatry, adultry, and the list goes on and on and on..My GOD is, has, and always have, had, and continues to be, has become and for ever will be...GOD!!!! My GOD has no time table and we have a time table because of sin. When I get to Heaven, While I'm here on Earth, When I'm Happy, When I'm Sad, When I'm on the Mountain, When I'm down in the Valley, When I'm Sick, When I'm Well....My GOD will Always Be With Me!!! Forever and Forever and Forever and Forever..Get the picture..Praise HIS HOLY NAME...Without HIM You Will Die and GO TO HELL!!!!!! And as I stated earlier...It's Only Going to get Worse..And worse yet without accepting JESUS CHRIST as your Personal Savior...Don't Trust Anything but GOD!!

Sin

Dear Freinds..Leviticus Chapter 13 speaks of Leprosy. This horrible disease is closely related in the Old Testament as they type of Sin. Leprosy as spoken as Sin as 1. In the Blood 2. becoming overt in loathsome ways; 3. incurable by human means. The anti-type as applied to the people of GOD is "Sin," demanding self judgment (I Cor 11:31); and "Sins," demanding confession and cleansing (I John 1:9). Romans 6:12-14 is plain in truth that GOD has demanded us to not let Sin have any place in our life. For Sin shall not have dominion over you (verse 14). Verse 23 of this chapter tells us that the wages of Sin is Death. But, Praise be to GOD that there is the 2nd part to this verse..but, the gift of GOD is Eternal Life through JESUS CHRIST our LORD!!! As I have been in Sin, I am an old sinner, I served sin, I followed after sin, I gave my whole being to sin in a very zealous way, I pleased the flesh and was well on my way to an eternal death and seperation from GOD. I was against GOD and all of HIS Precious Words and Promises. But, now by the Grace of GOD and through the convicting Power of HIS HOLY SPIRIT, I have accepted HIS SON JESUS CHRIST and now I am no longer my own! I have been bought with a price that cost GOD'S HOLY SON HIS Life! And I can stand firmly on GOD'S Word that since I have confessed to a HOLY GOD my sins, and have accepted the HOLY BLOOD of JESUS to cover my sins, that they be remembered no more, I can stand and say boldly and publicly..I'm Saved and my name has been recorded in Heaven, that I am now a child of the KING! What a change! As I go through life, Romans Chapter 6:19 tells me that now I am to yeild my members servants to righteousness unto holiness. To serve GOD with the same zealous manner that I once served my self and sin...To be HOLY as GOD is HOLY. I can only do this through my Perfect Savior..JESUS CHRIST. To renew my whole being a fresh and a new every single moment of my life. To have my whole being surrounded by GOD and the Power of the HOLY SPIRIT. I John 1:8-10 tells us that we all have sinned. Sin is deceitful. If we say we have no sin, we make GOD a liar. But in the middle of all our sin, verse 9 gives us Hope and a HOLY Promise from a HOLY GOD..If we confess our sins, HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteouness! Praise GOD!! In my closing you ask me why I write and say such things? I will tell you simply...I don't want to see any of you die and spend eternity in Hell! As in the book of Ephesians Chapter 6 verse 7 states..With good will doing service, as to the LORD, and not to men: Verse 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the LORD, wheter he is bond or free. Verse 9 in the second part gives every single person, no matter what you may have done or being involved in, that my HOLY GOD, will accept you just as you are and the ground in level at the foot of the cross....knowing that your Master also in Heaven; neither is there respect of persons with HIM.

Worship

Dear Freinds,

I encourage you to find a place of Worship today so we can all Worhip and Praise GOD for All that HE blesses us with. If we but take a few quick seconds to look around and see the mountains we wake up and see every day here in Asheville, NC, our families, our extended families, we have strength, health, sight. We can move about freely and not confined to a care facility. I can tell you that according to GOD'S Word, We are not promised tomorrow, So today is the day to ask JESUS to save your soul! Please ask JESUS to come in and admit you are a sinner and that the only way out of eternal damnation and a burning hell and the only payment that GOD will accept is the Blood of HIS Only SON JESUS!!! If I had these freedoms of health, strength, sight, freinds or families all taken away, then, MY GOD will give me the Grace to keep on for HIM!!! I know I have won the battle with sin, death, hell and the grave through the Blood of JESUS, through HIS death on Cavalry and HIM arising on the 3rd day from a borrowed tomb and is alive today sitting in the portals of Glory at the right hand of GOD The FATHER!!! Praise HIS HOLY NAME!!!!!!

Power

Dear Freinds,

Have you ever wanted the Power of GOD in all that you do? Exodus Chapter 20 verse 18 speaks of thunderings, lightnings, mountains smoking, noise of the trumpet. Verse 18 also speaks of the Children of Israel being afar off and removed. This all happened after the 10 Commandments was given to Moses. Oh that our testimony for GOD would make folks take notice and bring conviction of sin to a lost and dying community such as Asheville, NC. I can and you can have the Power of GOD in our lives and testimonies for CHRIST!! It comes with a sold our life and dying to self in order to accomplish what GOD has the Power to accomplish through me and you!

Have a Great Day in Christ today and these mountains look gorgeous today after the stormy night last night. Oh until the storms pass by, then we can see sunny skies again!! My futrue looks even brighter since I asked JESUS to Save My Soul..Glory to HIS Name.
